Diving will transform your life and Open Water Diver is where it all begins. The certification process requires pool training, academic knowledge and open water diving. These steps can easily be worked into any schedule with our online academics and pool schedules. We offer pool and academic training all year long and for your open water diving you can take a referral or dive locally with us May thru October.

Release forms for the PADI Open Water Diver Course.
You will be required to complete a Release Form with a medical statement before any inwater training. This
information is confidential and, because it identifies medical conditions that may be affected by diving, it is vital that you
complete it accurately. If any of the conditions apply to you, you will need to consult with a physician and receive
a non-conditional physician approval before any inwater training. If you require non-conditional physician approval for diving,
you will need to print the medical statement (3 pages) complete it and take it to your physician for non-conditional physician approval.
Then return all (3 pages) back to the dive center. See
Medical Statement for more information before enrolling.
Course Components
Online study, lets you study at home when you are ready and move at your own pace. You must register as Aquatic Realm Scuba Center student for package pricing. With our packages you will receive a link with a code to register for your online course.
Pool Training w/Training Materials
This step prepares you for your open water training dives and certification.
Pre-Registration Required. Space Limited due to small class sizes! Register Early! This is where the fun begins. Once you have finished your academic studies (affiliated with ARSC) it's time to learn to dive.
200 yd swim (any style) and 10 minute float required for certification.
Our Pool is Onsite, Indoor & Heated, built exclusively for SCUBA training
Each Student Must Have Their Own Boots, Mask, Snorkel & Fins before the pool session, come in and let us fit you by our professional fit experts.

Open Water Training Dives & Entrance Fee
(Includes Training, BCD, Regulators, Tanks (Air Fills), Weights & Wetsuit)
To complete your PADI Open Water training you will go on four supervised Open Water Dives, revisiting some of your newly learned skills. Done over two days at our local private dive site.
Note: Dive Computer and/or Underwater Timing Device Required but not included in above price.
Enrollment requirements:
Academic Training valid for 1 year - Pool Training valid for 1 year
If it is less than 6 months between pool and open water training with Aquatic Realm Scuba Center one pool refresher will be required at no charge prior to open water at Aquatic Realm. Additional refreshers are $85 each. 6 months to a year since training the required refresher will be $150 and a quiz may be required. Longer than 12 months and you will need to retake the entire course at full price.
